MEET THE STAFF
DR. JESSE HOFER
Periodontist
Dr. Jesse Hofer is a dentist/specialist who treats individuals with a ground up approach. Dr. Hofer believes that close attention should be paid to the periodontium(supporting structures of teeth) to avoid tooth-loss in adulthood. He has a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, and he received his education in periodontics from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. For those teeth that cannot be saved, Dr. Hofer offers implant replacement options. Dr. Hofer places about 500 implants/year. Prior to dentistry, Dr. Hofer worked for a company that provided medical care and supplies to Medicare patients and a private practice in New Jersey. Dr. Hofer scored in the top 1% on the national in-service examination administered by the American Academy of Periodontics. He’s a member of the American Academy of Periodontics, Academy of Osseointegration, Northeastern Society of Periodontists, and Hambletonian Study Club. Dr. Hofer takes time to listen carefully to individual concerns of patients and aims to tailor treatment according to individual conditions instead of trying to implement a “one size fits all” approach. Dr. Hofer is associated with the American Academy of Periodontics, the American Dental Association, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. During his free time, Dr. Hofer enjoys the outdoors, tennis, playing the guitar, and musical production. He is married and comes from a large family, five brothers and three sisters, who mostly live in the western states.DR. LEE J. LEVINSON
Dentist
Dr. Levinson brings over 35 years of dental practice experience to Bellmore Family Dental. He spent his early years as Chief-of-Staff of two large dental offices in Manhattan, then went into family practice on eastern Long Island’s south shore in 1985. He is proud to be associated with a talented, dedicated, and concerned staff that embraces his patient-oriented philosophy. Dr. Levinson is married, with three sons. Dentist
Dr. Chaim Levine has been a valued member of the Bellmore Family Dental team since 2019. A graduate of New York University, he earned membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a prestigious honor society recognizing top-performing dental graduates.
Dr. Levine is deeply committed to providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and welcoming environment. He takes the time to ensure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment, empowering them to make the best decisions for their oral health.
With advanced training in surgery and dental implants from NYU, Dr. Levine is equipped
to perform a wide range of complex procedures with precision and care. His specialized
education enables him to deliver outstanding results, even in the most challenging
cases.
He is also an active member of a SPEAR Dental Study Club, collaborating with fellow
dental professionals to stay at the forefront of evolving techniques and best practices.
This ongoing education strengthens his ability to manage intricate cases, including full
mouth rehabilitation.
Outside the office, Dr. Levine enjoys music and often plays tunes to create a relaxing
atmosphere for patients. He and his wife live on Long Island with their children.
Dr. Tabaroki
Dentist
He took his training to a more advanced level when completing a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY. He has continually pursued professional development through continuing education courses ensuring he stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in dentistry.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Daniel Tabaroki is committed to community outreach and education, regularly participating in community programs. He believes in the importance of preventive care and strives to empower patients with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain optimal oral health. Dr. Daniel Tabaroki’s dedication to both patient care and ongoing professional growth reflects his deep commitment to the dental profession and the well-being of the community.
Dr. Farinaz Tazeh
Dentist
A board-certified dentist specializing in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry, Dr. Tazeh earned her Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Washington in 2005. She then received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 2009, where she distinguished herself with multiple awards in Endodontics and Orofacial Pain.
In 2009, Dr. Tazeh completed the prestigious year-long Maxicourse in Oral Implantology at New York University, directed by the father of implant dentistry, Dr. Norman Cranin. She followed this with rigorous residency training at Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College, focusing on cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and oral surgery, and later completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Tazeh has amassed thousands of hours in continuing education to stay at the forefront of dental advancements. Her training includes the use of Botox and fillers to enhance patient care, and she is a certified Invisalign® provider. In 2015, she furthered her expertise in implant dentistry by completing comprehensive surgical and prosthetic programs at the Misch Implant Institute under the late Dr. Carl E. Misch. Most recently, in 2021, she completed all three levels of the Full Mouth Rehabilitation course at New York Smile Institute and Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry under mentorship of Dr. Dean Vafiadis, Dr. Larry Rosenthal and Dr. Michael apa to name a few.
Dr. Tazeh’s philosophy, “Committed to Excellence, Inspired by Aesthetics,” drives her to treat each patient with the utmost care, as if they were a close family member or friend. She believes that every patient’s situation is unique and deserves individualized attention and tailored treatment plans. Her patients appreciate her genuine kindness and meticulous approach, often referring to her as a perfectionist. By utilizing the latest dental technology and materials, Dr. Tazeh ensures optimal outcomes for those in her care.
